For groups and people wanting a private course we have special group prices. These prices are made up from two components: firstly the "Training Fee" per Instructor and secondly the "Registration Fee" per Student. Our instructors teach a maximum of 10 students at a time. So for a group of 10 students paying for 10 student registration fees and one instructor training fee it works out much cheaper than our standard course pricing. This is so that we can pass the savings of running a full course onto kayak clubs and volunteer organizations who most need to save money.

Courses at a different location
It is also possible for us to run rescue courses at a location of your choice. for this to happen we need a suitable section of flowing water (over 1m/s) for Swiftwater Rescue Courses and a section of grade 2 whitewater for Whitewater Rescue Courses. additionally to the Group Course price you will need to pay for our instructor to drive to the location, accommodation for our instructor over night and all costs for a suitable lecture room. When necessary our instructors are flexible enough to sleep at a fire station or campsite and most large rooms can be made suitable for lectures.
* The Training fee for the Awareness Course is for up to 50 Students, if you have a suitably large lecture theater available.

Transport costs, Personal equipment, accommodation and food are not included in the course fees. Equipment (including kayaks, paddles etc.) can be hired from us if booked in advance.
